My journey into the health and wellness industry began with my undergraduate studies in psychology in London. Driven by a desire to deepen my understanding of the human mind, behaviour, and emotions, I immersed myself in the field, gaining valuable insights that sparked my passion for mental health and well-being.
To further expand my knowledge and practical skills, I later trained in Switzerland, working alongside some of the most prominent professionals in mindfulness, CBT, and nutrition. Supported by both a serene environment and a structured academic framework provided an ideal setting to deepen my understanding of mental health through a holistic lens—integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and somatic therapy.
My experience further led me to enroll at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, where I earned my qualification as a health coach. Along the way, I also spent time in America, exploring evolving trends in the health and wellness industry and learning how we can become the best versions of ourselves—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Both experiences have not only enriched my understanding of human health but also fuelled my passion for helping others lead balanced, healthy lives.
I offer both in-person and remote consultations, with personalised session packages available in 3, 6, and 9-week increments. Recognising that lasting change takes time and patience, we will collaborate to craft a bespoke coaching plan that is perfectly aligned with your goals.
